Standard Orders
(Gift Boxes, Charcuterie Boards, and Boutique Offerings)
• Cancellations made at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 24 to 72 hours in advance will receive a house credit, valid for 6 months from the original order date.
• Cancellations or modifications made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable and not eligible for credit, as production will have already begun.
Large Events, Grazing Tables & Charcuterie Cart Services
• Cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days (1 week) prior to the scheduled event date to be eligible for a house credit, valid for 6 months.
• Due to the extensive planning, sourcing, and preparation required, cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable and not eligible for credit.
Rescheduling
• Orders and events may be rescheduled within the applicable cancellation windows (72 hours for standard orders, 7 days for large events), subject to availability.
• Rescheduling requests received after the applicable deadline may incur additional fees or be treated as cancellations under this policy.
Refunds
• Refunds are only issued for standard orders canceled at least 72 hours in advance.
• All other eligible cancellations will receive house credit only.
• No refunds will be provided for large events or for cancellations made after the stated deadlines.
Order Concerns
• If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 1 hour of delivery or pickup.
• To assist with our evaluation, please include clear photographs and a brief description of the issue.
• We will review the matter and provide a fair resolution, which may include a replacement or house credit, at our discretion.
Same-Day & Next-Day Orders
• All same-day and next-day orders are considered final sale.
• These orders are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or credit due to the immediate nature of their production and fulfillment.
